Our team:
Kristiana Kazandzhieva founded Agenda 4 years ago. She is an accomplished marketer and entrepreneur. Kristiana works with small and medium sized tourism enterprises on projects focusing on customer care, best quality service standards, customer satisfaction. Member of the European Tourism Management Association and the Bulgarian Association for Human Resources Management and Development.
Maria Nyagolova is an experienced psychologist. She specialized in psychodrama and works on projects for designing and delivering trainings, managing change, team building etc. Maria works as a freelancer for Agenda.
Siyana Anestieva joined our team in 2005. She is our expert when it comes to human resources management. She gathered unique experience in large multinational companies and is our expert for recruitment, retention and development of talented personnel and performance appraisal.
Georgi Yordanov is our expert in Food and Beverage Management. He has several years experience as a manager of some of the biggest hotels on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Georgi works as a freelancer for Agenda.
Veneta Todorova has rich hotelier's experience. Many small and medium sized hotels use her attention to details in planning the business. At the moment she is a manager of a hotel with over 300 beds. Veneta has been working with Agenda since 2004 as a freelancer.
Angel Kazandzhiev founded Agenda 4 years ago. He set up and still manages two of our foreign companies. When it comes to business planning and operational management our clients know that they can count on him.
Alis Simonian is the youngest member of our team. She is a virtuoso in market research, feasibility studies and product development. Alis co-ordinated the very successful project Tourism workshop for young entrepreneurs. Now she is consulting clients on funded project preparation and management.
